Face Behind a Small Business Owner
I am a creature of habit but I have heard change is good. I am learning more about social media and how to connect with my customers/viewers. Letting my customers know that I am a real person that loves to keep her customers happy is a first step. This past week I have been contacted by a couple different customers who have requested certain items. One was specific about a certain wallet and the other liked one of my homemade items but in a different color. In the next couple of weeks, I should be able to satisfy both of these customers with what they would like. Love this lady! We met a few years ago at a vendor event and we became fast friends. I still have the wallets and bags I purchased from her and use off and on. She bends over backwards to accomodate her customers. Customer service goes along way with me and Toni gets 5 stars!
